We open our studio to the community on Saturday afternoons for scheduled Yoga Therapy healing sessions.

Yoga On The Ridge’s Yoga Therapy Clinic works much like your neighborhood Urgent Care Clinic: You come in seeking help in alleviating pain or discomfort, or in nurturing a calmer, healthier life. We listen to you–closely–to help find the best Yoga practices for you. We teach you some Yoga postures, breathing, stretching or relaxation techniques, and work with you to create a healing plan for the future.

We do this in just 30 minutes. The cost: only $45.

Our Clinic hours are Saturdays from 12-3pm. APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED.

Private Yoga Therapy sessions like these allow our Yoga Therapist to design a plan specifically for you, so your process toward well-being is individualized, personal and compatible with your lifestyle and abilities. Working together, Yoga Therapist and client determine if the best plan of action comes from continuing private Yoga Therapy sessions, working at home on your own, or joining some of our group Yoga Classes.

Yoga Therapy may include physical poses and stretches, breathing techniques, hygiene and dietary practices, meditation, relaxation techniques and mindfulness. This is not medicine, and it is not meant to replace sound medical advice, medications or practices recommended by your doctor, nurse or physical therapist. At its best, Yoga Therapy works with Western medicine to help you find a path toward wellness.

We believe the wisdom toward your health and wellness already dwells within you. Yoga Therapy offers a knowledgeable guide to help you tap into that inner wisdom. We don’t diagnose or prescribe the way medical professionals do. Instead, we guide.
