– whether in a traditional yoga class or a personal home practice.
Theresa Conroy provides Yoga Therapy to help you cope with stress, injuries, musculoskeletal pain, anxiety, depression and symptoms of
diseases. Yoga Therapy can enhance your movement and balance
that may be limited by neurological and neuromuscular disorders.
She offers two types of Yoga Therapy sessions:
- Active classes. Clients learn how to move themselves safely through postures.
