Join us for an evening of fun, light-hearted Partner Yoga. Partner Yoga pairs people together to practice postures, breathing techniques and relaxation. It is not practiced just by those in intimate relationships. Partners can be friends, co-workers or new acquaintances met right there in class!

Julie Rockafellow and Darlene Vanasco will lead you through a 75-minute practice of assisted, shared postures. After class, please join us for complementary champagne and community.

*A “couple” is defined by two people who come to class together. That couple could be romantic partners, buddies, friends. All sexual orientations, shapes and sizes are welcomed.
