Amy earned her Yin Yoga teaching certificate from Main Line Yoga and her 200-hour certificate from Yoga on Main. In her Yin and Vinyasa Yoga classes at Yoga On The Ridge, Amy is equally at home delving deeply into the intense practice of slow, long-held postures, as she is moving energetically through flow. Her devotion and attention to detail is evident in her teaching, yet her classes are infused with a young, fresh dynamic. Amy, who has a degree in Psychology from Temple University, is training to become a massage therapist.

Tammy, a modern dancer as well as yoga/Zumba instructor, received her 200-hr yoga certification from Om Yoga Center in NYC. Her extensive dance training charges her class with detailed, anatomical awareness while presenting an accessible structure for all levels that focuses on precision, alignment, breath and fluidity. Tammy’s deep-seeded passion for strength in movement brings a fun, dynamic flow to her Vinyasa-style class. Fresh to the Philly scene, Tammy is glad to be settled in her Roxborough home and thrilled to be welcomed by Yoga On The Ridge after dancing and teaching in NYC, and touring nationally as Elmo with Sesame Street Live!
Cari Reilly
Certified Yoga Teacher

Cari teaches Hatha yoga in the Inner Fire Yoga tradition as learned through her 200 hour teacher training certification in 2005, and 500 hour Advanced Yoga and Ayurveda teacher’s certification in 2009, both through Yoga on Main in Manayunk. She also holds certifications in Prenatal Yoga, Yin and Thai Yoga massage. A practice with Cari will focus on postures and alignment, breath work and some meditation as she guides you through your practice with attention to your specific needs and intention for the practice, whether you are new to yoga or a long time practitioner. Her love of yoga and its benefits of mind, body and spirit integration come through in each class she leads.
